Step 1: Fill out registration form below
Step 2: Wait for response from camp administrator. If you do not get a response within 1 week of submitting your form, send email to gillishockeyacademy@gmail.com
Step 3: Once you receive a response, please send both waivers (found below) and a check made payable to: Meghan Gillis Hockey Academy, LLC ($200) to the following address: Meghan Gillis, 22 Spring Street Williamstown, MA 01267
Step 4: Receive confirmation of camp enrollment from camp administrator via email once waiver and check have been received.
